General Information

The tourist centre of Dębowa Przystań (Oak Inn) is situated 16km from the city of Mrągowo upon the area of natural environment and landscape system of „Jezioro Sorkwickie” (Sorkwickie Lake), over the beautiful lake of Piłakno – one of the deepest lakes in the region of Warmia and Masuria (56 m). On sunny days water clarity is as much as 10 m deep. The location within the centre of the forest and over such an exceptional lake allows our Guests to rest in an active manner, far from the noise. It is an ideal location for those who value peace and quiet. The surrounding forests are inhabited by wild fauna specimens and the lake itself is a great fishing (pike fish, perch, roach, tench) as well as diving location. Our permanent guests are families with children, the elderly as well as divers from all over Poland.
We also organise the so-called green schools, conferences, workshops, various parties, family meetings, integration events. We hope to initiate co-operation.

Accommodation

We possess 68 bed spaces in double, triple and four person rooms within the Fort. This wooden log building resembles an American fort. The attic houses a conference hall overlooking the lake. We also offer the possibility for tent and trailer type of camping.

Tawerna Dębowa (Oak Tavern)

We invite You to take try the Polish and regional cuisine dishes from our Tawerna Dębowa (Oak Tavern). We serve breakfasts, soups, lunch and dinner dishes, fried fish, own home made pierogis with meat, Russian pierogis, mushroom and cabbage pierogis as well as pierogis with blueberries and by some referred as best in the area, potato pancakes with pullet sauce topped with many other specialities.
